Through our platform, you can purchase recharge credit limits from different suppliers. The conditions set by each supplier apply to the use of credit limits. The product names used on our platform are for identification purposes only. All intellectual property related to the displayed products belong to their respective owners

We actively track abusive or fraudulent behavior (including illegal use of payment methods, theft, fraud, misappropriation of public funds, or other activities). All credit purchased through our platform may be subject to abuse or fraud checks. For this, we cooperate with third parties. Once we suspect or detect abuse or fraudulent behavior, we will reject credit orders and will not issue numerical codes.

If there is suspicion of illegal use, we can request a copy of valid identification documents, a copy of bank statements, and/or other documents. After this additional inspection, we can decide whether to provide a numerical code, but we are not obligated to do so. We take these measures to ensure the safety of the process for you and others to purchase credit through our platform.

After receiving the numerical code, you can immediately start using the credit limit. Therefore, during the ordering process, we may request your agreement to immediately start the purchase contract, thereby waiving your right to return.

Our platform will indicate which products have a 14 day return right. This will be explained in the confirmation email you receive when placing your order.

We believe that you provided us with the correct contact information when placing an order. We will provide you with the numerical code for your purchase using your email address and phone number. We also use your email address to stay in touch with you, including sending you promotions, newsletters, and other promotions that we believe you may be interested in.
